Starting a coaching business over 15 years ago, Rita specialized in coaching top real estate agents and quickly established herself as a results-oriented coach empowering hundreds of real estate agents to create wildly successful careers.
She aligned herself with Keller Williams Realty back in 2015 sharing the KW values of continuous growth and improvement.
