FULFILLMENT POLICY

Welcome to Rita Marie Consulting (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Fulfillment Policies. Please read them carefully.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments must be made in accordance with the terms set forth at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

DELIVERY POLICY
All digital products purchased from Rita Marie Consulting are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing the instruction on how you can access the product that you purchased from the company
Email Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access your digital purchase within a few minutes of completing your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Subscription Portal: You can access your subscription content through your account on our website. Simply log in with the credentials you created during the purchase process.
Issues with Access: If you experience any issues accessing your digital products or online subscriptions, please contact our customer support team at admin@ritamarieconsulting.com We are here to assist you and ensure you have a seamless experience.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
There are a limited number of available spaces in the TRAINING. Upon Your enrollment, Company guarantees your space and may have to turn others away. You hereby acknowledge and agree that in the event of a no-show or any other reason you may not want or be unable to participate in said TRAINING, COMPANY does not issue refunds.
 

• ​If You need to defer at any other time including during the TRAINING, You acknowledge and agree that Your space in and access to the TRAINING is not transferable to a third person and that You remain responsible for all remaining payments due under this Agreement.

• ​If You wish to defer your enrollment to a later date, you must submit a request via email to admin@ritamarieconsulting.com with your reason for the request. Deferment is at the sole discretion of the COMPANY and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• ​If you are granted deferment, you will be responsible for continuing scheduled payments. In the event that the round you have deferred has increased in price, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Once your request has been approved, the COMPANY will contact you and set that up on a case-by-case basis.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that, COMPANY does not issue refunds.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Fulfillment Policies at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
